Responsive management, nice apartments, good location, nice neighbors..what more could you ask for?<br/><br/> We are just coming up on our 1 year mark and in reviewing the past year, we can see no reason not to renew our lease.<br/><br/> The management has always been responsive to any issues, when they say "welcome home" you feel they mean it! :) Maintenance is prompt and efficient as well. I love that you can request these kinds of things online and they are responded to quickly. The just installed active building which makes many things easier as well.<br/><br/> This is an up-and-coming area with a lot of construction going on. It's loud during the day, but should be done soon enough. <br/> We are in a 1 bedroom with den apartment on the 1st floor with a west facing view. Well, not much of a view as there is an apartment building going in behind us. ;) The upside is that is blocks most of the afternoon sun helping to keep the apartment cool even on the hottest day of the year. We feel there is a lot of space in the apartment, even has a proper laundry room! My few complaints would be the option to have an apartment with no carpet (this is available on the studios only) and a full size washer and dryer. Other than that, its a great apartment! The den is a good size, can fit a twin bed in it for the occasional visitor. There are no windows in it so it may not be appropriate for long term.<br/><br/> Close walking distance to Lake Union, a brand new Bartell's Drugs and medical care. If you are an Amazon employee, all of the buildings are well within walking distance, the farthest would be Blackfoot which is about a 15 minute walk at a regular pace. There is a Whole Foods in that same area so also with in walking distance. With all the construction in the area, they are going to be putting in more retail so there is a possibility of another grocery store in a closer proximity.<br/><br/> Some may balk at the pricing, but we think its quite fair given the location and the amenities. Our rent isn't going up too much for the 2nd year either. I do wish they would bring in internet access for the building so we aren't tied to Comcast or Century Link (can only get the 1.5MBS from Century Link so for higher speeds you are stuck with Comcast)<br/><br/> They are very pet friendly! The roof top even has a "puppy potty" area for the times when you really don't want to take the woof on a walk but they need to go. Well behaved pets are very welcome!<br/> <br/>All in all, I highly recommend this location!

Pets, pets, pets. What’s the deal with pets?
We love 'em! We allow 2 pets per apartment, up to 75 lbs (now that's a big dog & a HUGE cat). The community also offers a Sky-Deck with a Pet-Turf for walking your little buddy, without leaving the building!
What’s the parking situation?
The community offers two parking garages located beneath the community. $120 per month will secure you a spot in our gated, clean and well maintained facility.
How often do you have community events?
